Sara Thelen | Founder & Director of Operations Growing up in Germany, Sara developed an early and lasting connection with horses that would ultimately shape her life’s path. After earning degrees in Marketing and Communication, she successfully founded an event company specializing in business and sports events across Europe. However, a deeper calling brought her to the United States to change both her career and her life.

Over the past 12 years, Sara has built extensive experience as a horse trainer across 10 U.S. states and several European countries. Drawing from her education in Equine Science, her work as a therapeutic riding instructor, and her current role as a veterinary nurse specializing in cardiology, Sara developed a unique holistic concept. Her approach combines mindfulness, emotional awareness, and the calming presence of horses to help people release stress and reconnect with themselves. Based in South Florida, she finds balance spending time on the water and diving.

Paris Minaj | Co-Founder & Business Director In early 2026, Sara partnered with Paris Minaj to take the vision of the company to new heights. A former Staff Software Architect at one of the world’s largest global tech companies, Paris brings decades of expertise in software, marketing, and business development. Passionate about animals—and horses in particular—Paris joined forces with Sara to create a seamless, innovative way for clients to experience the equine world like never before.
